Welcome
Welcome to my iPad Lettering Lowercase Modern Calligraphy Alphabet course! During my free Basic Strokes course, I showed you EVERY stroke you need to form lowercase letters on the iPad (you can sign up here as you'll need to complete the Basic Strokes course first https://createwithprocreate.thinkific.com/courses/iPad-lettering-basics). I am left-handed so there will be some tips for lefties, but this course is for righties too! There will be split screen videos as my hand covers a lot of the lettering from a top view perspective so you'll get to see from a different angle as well. Find the worksheets and brushes in the MATERIALS section below - you'll find light mode and dark mode worksheets and another lettering brashest (different to the set included with the free Basic Strokes course). Procreate Left-Handed Lettering Tips
I can't add more than one video to each lesson so the bite-sized demo videos for left-handed tips using Procreate can be found in the lessons below. These videos have no audio.

About Lesson

If you’d prefer to learn the lowercase letters in groups based on letters containing a stroke, here is the list:

Underturn/Underturn Variation Group

a, I*, r, t*, u, w

Overturn/Overturn Variation Group

m*, n*, z*

Compound Curve/Compound Curve Variation Group

h*, m*, n*, v, x, y*

Oval/Oval Variation Group

a*, b*, c, d*, e, g*, o, p*, q*, s

Ascending Stem Loop/Ascending Stem Loop Variation Group

b*, d*, f*, h*, k, l*, t*

Descending Stem Loop/Descending Stem Loop Variation Group

f*, g*, j, p*, q*, y*, z*

The letters with * either appear in more than one group as they contain more than one main stroke, or the letter variation, so you’d repeat those particular letters to practice each stroke group at a time.
