Why can’t I download my purchases?
Use Safari to download from the Etsy website. There are known issues with trying to download using Etsy app or Chrome. Downloads do not appear on the Etsy app or Chrome
How do I download from Dropbox or Google Drive?
You tap the link at the bottom of the PDF. It’ll open in Google Drive or Dropbox, then you tap the download button. You’ll find the zip file in your Files app on your iPad. Tap the zip file and it’ll unzip automatically. Tap the Procreate files and they’ll import automatically. You’ll find the brushes at the top of your brushes in their own category, and you’ll find any palettes at the bottom of the Palettes.
I DON’T HAVE DROPBOX SO I CAN’T DOWNLOAD
You don’t need Dropbox to download as you do not need to save to your Dropbox as the files are already hosted on my Dropbox. You need to tap Direct Download to save to your iPad.
Download keeps stopping, getting stuck or saving a small file
If your download doesn’t download fully and keeps stopping, or your download just say data or 0KB – turn your iPad off and on and redownload from the PDF again. This fixes the issue.
Where is the download link?
Due to Etsy’s small file size limits, my brushsets are uploaded on my Dropbox or Google Drive. Go to Etsy and login. Find your downloads by going to Purchases and Reviews. You won’t find the link in the email. The link is included in a PDF which you download when you purchase, or by going to your Purchases. Tap the download link at the bottom of the PDF.
Google is telling me your file is a virus because it is too large to scan
If you see a message from Google Drive that warns you that it cannot be scanned for viruses – tap Download Anyway.
DROPBOX IS TELLING ME THE FILE IS TOO LARGE TO DOWNLOAD AND/OR PREVIEW
If Dropbox tells you that it cannot show you a preview of the file or the file is too big, tap the Download button. Dropbox is unable to show previews of zip files and some files are bigger than 512KB.
